Enerjisa Distribution Companies, i.e., Başkent EDAŞ, Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, to Offer an Advantageous Service to their Customers

Operating with the pioneering technologies and their human-oriented approach, Enerjisa Distribution Companies, i.e., Başkent EDAŞ, Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, open User Service Centers to ease the processes for their customers in the regions they serve.  

Continuing its operations to provide a high-quality service to their customers, Enerjisa Distribution Companies, i.e., Başkent EDAŞ, Ayedaş and Toroslar EDAŞ, sustain their technology- and solution-oriented investments. Opening 124 User Service Centers in various districts in 2023, Enerjisa Distribution Companies offer their customers to easily carry out their procedures and get faster response to their requests regarding electricity distribution processes without the requirement to go to different districts.

One Center to Gather All Procedures

Providing electricity distribution services to 1 out of every 4 consumers in Turkey with over 21 million users, Enerjisa Distribution Companies can receive applications for connection, failure notifications, illegal electrical energy usage notifications, complaints and applications related to the distribution activities, and inform customers via the User Service Centers, the new service offered by Enerjisa Distribution Companies.  Thus, if users would like to get information or apply for issues related to electricity distribution, they would be able to carry out their procedures efficiently via User Service Centers (USC). Moreover, customers will be able to get design approval and carry out temporary acceptance procedures in city centers and districts with a population of over 50,000.

Standing out as user-friendly centers

The User Service Centers, established pursuant to the Regulation on Electricity Distribution System, are designed to ease the lives of customers and situated in convenient locations with ease of access. The User Service Centers has been located in the central districts of Metropolitan Municipalities, with a maximum distance of 20 km to the center, and in districts with a population of over 5,000 in other provinces.
