ChatVolt WhatsApp Bot is designed to understand the needs of the customers and meet their needs in the most convenient way. Providing a wide range of services, from inquiry of power cuts and scheduled outages to fault notifications, ChatVolt offers the users an easy way to submit applications with their locations, open addresses or installation numbers. Moreover, ChatVolt gives detailed information about the applications submitted by the customers via all channels and provides a user-friendly experience by guiding them in all other demanded matters. Furthermore, ChatVolt also continues to provide services 24/7 when customers request to be connected to a live support team.
The evaluations conducted indicated that the services provided by the ChatVolt WhatsApp Bot have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Customers rated the bot with a score of 4.14 out of 5 in terms of satisfaction, and 84% of the customers indicated that they would prefer to use the WhatsApp bot again.
